These terms apply when you use tuguncompounding.com.au or order from Tugun Compounding Pharmacy (The Trustee for Tugun Compounding Trust, ABN 29 319 707 236). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Information on this website is general and isn't a substitute for advice from your doctor or pharmacist. Always talk to a health professional about your own situation.

Prescription medicines

  • Prescription medicines need a valid prescription. We need the original paper script, or an e-script token, before we can supply.
  • Our pharmacists use their professional judgement on every order. We may contact you or your prescriber, and we may decline to supply if it isn't safe or lawful to do so.
  • Compounded medicines are made for an individual person. They are not registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration, so they have not been assessed by the TGA for safety, quality or effectiveness.
  • Medicines are supplied only to the person they are prescribed for, or to the address or clinic they nominate.

Prices and payment

  • Shop products are paid for at checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
  • Medicines ordered through our order forms are paid for with the pharmacy once a pharmacist has checked the order, by card over the phone, bank transfer, or at the pharmacy counter.

Clinic and stockist accounts

  • Accounts are for businesses we approve, such as beauty clinics, tattoo studios and aestheticians. We may decline or close an account at any time.
  • There's no minimum order. Payment is due at the time of purchase, unless our accounts department has approved 30-day terms for your account.
  • Professional products are for professional use and must be used as directed. Clinics must not resell or supply scheduled medicines to clients.
  • Personalised and white-label products take 2 to 6 weeks. Label artwork and product details are agreed with you before production.

Intellectual property

The content, images and branding on this site belong to Tugun Compounding Pharmacy or its licensors and can't be copied without permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss arising from your use of this website.
