How long it takes

Delivery time then depends on the carrier and your location. We send orders by tracked post or courier and email you tracking details once your order is on its way.
Medicines in the post
- Some compounded medicines need to stay cool. We pack these to suit.
- Prescription medicines are sent only to the patient's address, or to your nominated clinic for topical anaesthetic orders.
- If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at admin@tuguncompounding.com.au or (07) 5598 2411 and we'll help.
Pharmacy closures
We don't dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Any closures are shown in the banner at the top of the website.
