Prescription medicines
For people, prescribed by a doctor, specialist, dentist or other prescriber. Upload your script with our online form and answer a few health questions. Prescribers can also fax scripts to (07) 5598 3371.
You'll need: your script (original or e-script token), your current medicines and any allergies.
Topical anaesthetics
For clients of our partner clinics having a cosmetic or tattoo treatment. Tell us your clinic and appointment date and answer a few health questions, and we'll prepare the product your clinic recommends.
Please order at least 5 business days before your appointment.
Compounding for pets
For dogs, cats and other animals. We make medicines in an easier-to-give form and the right strength for your pet, to your vet's prescription.
You'll need: a prescription from your vet. Vets can fax scripts to (07) 5598 3371.
How it works
From prescription to your door
See your prescriber
Your doctor, specialist or vet writes a prescription for a medicine made just for you.
Send us your script
Upload it with our online form and answer a few health questions, or your prescriber can fax it to (07) 5598 3371. We'll also need the original script or your e-script token.
We check and make it
A pharmacist reviews your order and contacts you to confirm and take payment. Most medicines are ready in 1 to 3 business days.
Delivered or collected
$14 flat-rate delivery anywhere in Australia, or pick up free from our Tugun pharmacy.

Turnaround
Most medicines are ready 1 to 3 business days after we have your script, your health questions are checked and payment is made.
Delivery
$14 flat rate anywhere in Australia. International delivery is quoted for each order. Pick-up from our Tugun pharmacy is free.
Payment
A pharmacist contacts you once your order is checked. Pay by card over the phone, by bank transfer, or at the pharmacy counter.
Prescription medicines are only supplied with a valid prescription, after a pharmacist has checked your order.
