How to use
Take 3 capsules daily with or soon after food, or as directed by your pharmacist.
Full ingredients
Each dose (3 capsules) contains: Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl), Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, Zinc (as Citrate), Zinc (as Picolinate), Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin), Vitamin B3 (as Niacin), Quercetin (as Dihydrate), Vitamin D3, Magnesium (as Glycinate), Riboflavin (as Riboflavin-5-Phosphate), Vitamin B5 (as Calcium Pantothenate), Vitamin B1 (as Thiamine HCl).
